Savannah Berry Suttle, MAMFT

CEO, Chief Strategy Consultant

A high achieving, natural leader with a passion for people, process, and business strategy, Savannah earned her Master's Degree in Marriage & Family Therapy/Counseling from Reformed Theological Seminary, where she excelled in systems assessment, analysis and correction.

Through her therapy practice, Savannah recognized the impact of relationship dynamics on small to mid-size organizations, particularly in family-owned businesses. She formed Schema in 2016 as a consulting arm for businesses seeking to solve systemic issues. Starting with executive coaching, mediation, and organizational design, Savannah expanded Schema to provide strategic change- and interim-management services. Since that time, she has helped numerous business owners regain sanity, reinvent their organizations and rediscover joy.

Savannah has continued to keep one foot in the corporate world and one in consulting to stay in touch with changing business climates. In addition to psychotherapy, consulting, executive coaching, and mediation, her professional experience includes program management, project management, sales, administration and executive management. Although industry-agnostic for consulting purposes, her deeper areas of expertise include branding, UX, design and architecture, construction, corporate real estate, and custom manufacturing.

With a mind for research, a heart for people, and joy in the art of process, Savannah is happiest when building cohesive teams and empowering others. She uses design-thinking and human-systems-theory to build organizations that last. She believes memes are a way of life, and her dream job is to be a surrogate grandmother to the whole world.
